This service can be accessed by passengers holding electronic tickets, with a confirmed booking and travelling with hand baggage only. Mobile Check-in is available from 24 hours up until one hour prior to departure. Once check-in has been completed, you can pick up your boarding pass at the Fast Check-in machines at the aeroport, making sure to respect the time limits for boarding. The Mobile Check-in service is currently not available for Child (2-11) and Infant (0-23) tickets and for passengers with special needs (extra oxygen, stretcher, reduced mobility etc). In case of change of aircraft or for technical reasons Air One reserves the right to change the seat selection at the airport.
